Our Services

  • We assist parents through the special education and 504 processes by accessing the accommodations and services, as well as educating parents about the process.  We review IEP, FBA, BIPs, 504 plans, etc., to ensure that our students equal educational opportunities afforded by law. Our advocates have a solid working knowledge of special education laws, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and federal laws that affect the rights of our students.

  • Middle and High school is a time when social dynamics become more complex—and for many bright, capable children, it doesn’t come as easily as expected.

    The Social Success Lab is a small-group program designed to help children build real-world social skills, confidence, and meaningful peer connections.

    In a structured, supportive setting, children learn how to:

    • Navigate group dynamics and social expectations

    • Start and maintain conversations

    • Read social cues and respond flexibly

    • Handle awkward or challenging moments with confidence

    • Build authentic friendships

    Each session combines guided practice, real-time coaching, and peer interaction so children can apply skills immediately—not just talk about them.

    Groups are intentionally small to allow for individualized support and meaningful interaction.

  • Some children need more individualized support to build confidence, navigate social situations, and manage the everyday challenges that come with school, friendships, and growing independence.

    Social Success Coaching provides personalized, one-on-one support designed to help children strengthen social-emotional skills in a practical, supportive, and non-clinical environment.

    Coaching is tailored to each child’s unique strengths, challenges, and goals, with a focus on helping students:

    • Build confidence and self-awareness

    • Navigate friendships and peer relationships

    • Improve communication and emotional regulation

    • Develop flexibility and problem-solving skills

    • Strengthen independence in daily life and school settings

    Sessions are collaborative, individualized, and grounded in real-world application. Parent collaboration is incorporated as needed to help create greater consistency and support across environments.

    This service may be used as a standalone support or as an extension of the Social Success Lab for children who benefit from additional individualized coaching and guidance.

  • Some children understand the material—but struggle to stay organized, manage their time, or follow through consistently.

    Executive Function Coaching provides individualized support to help children build the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.

    Through personalized, one-on-one sessions, children learn how to:

    • Plan and manage assignments

    • Stay organized and keep track of responsibilities

    • Improve time management and task initiation

    • Build consistency and follow-through

    • Develop independence and confidence in their work

    Sessions are practical, structured, and tailored to each child’s needs—focusing on real strategies that can be used immediately in school and daily life.

    The goal is not just short-term improvement, but long-term independence.

  • Expert witness services in matters involving special education, IEP and 504 compliance, behavioral interventions, and educational best practices. Our team offers objective, evidence-based analysis and testimony grounded in current federal and state regulations, as well as professional standards in education and applied behavior analysis. We support families, attorneys, and school systems in due process hearings, mediations, and legal proceedings.
